About exams and various other

I do not want to complain, but I do not like Prüfungsamt institution that is literally "the Office for examination." This institution is precisely the management of examinations for higher studies. This means that being registered for the subject does not mean that you can take an exam - you still need to write additional exams - it just is not the problem. The problem is rigorous. Obtain the credit for the exam in a given subject for the third time means that you can not anywhere else in Germany to study the direction! Among the friends are cases of persons who were included in a thesis, and all items except for some one ... and when he failed a third time. And all the studies in the dog d. ..
